Here is my 3rd batch of in camera multi exposures. This time i used macro shots of peoples eyes for the base image and the top of a forest and paint for second batch of exposures. 
To get this effect i take a photo and spin the camera round a bit until i've gone all the way round taking 9 exposures on top of the eye. I work from the outside in, so i don't over expose the original eye photo. That gives the ghosting effect of the trees. 
These images have been created entirely in camera with absolutely ZERO photoshop.
